Our Personal Training Staff
is Degreed and Nationally Certified.
They can help you start a new workout routine, or give you

We have plenty of group fitness activities for you. From Yoga
to Cardio-kick, we offer a complete set of group fitness activities
that train you for the rigors
of everyday life. We offer classes specifically designed
to combine cardiovascular fitness with sports-driven functionality.
A wide selection of courses fit any experience or fitness level. Get
a FREE Fitness Evaluation! This
evaluation is for new and existing members. The evaluation
takes place over a series of four visits and will get you
started on a workout regime that is right for you.
