Stopwatch Degreed and nationally certified Personal Trainers are available to help you jump start or stick with your program. Whether you utilize this amenity for just a few sessions to perfect your form, intensity level and exercise selection, or a trainer for two sessions every week, the benefits of personal training are for everyone. Learn more, adhere to your program, get the results that you desire. Personal training is the way to go.

Personal training is an investment in yourself.

Choosing to work with a trainer increases you chances of staying committed to an exercise program. Personal Training includes the following.

A tailored workout to meet your personal fitness needs.
Stretching and flexibility exercises.
You will be taught a combination of machines, free weights, resist-a-balls, and tubing; whatever it takes to achieve the results you are after.
Someone to not only educate you, but provide you with the enthusiam and encouragement to meet all of your goals.

With a Personal Trainer you are guaranteed to get results faster, more efficiently, and more safely.

Please look over the biography board in the entranceway to the Fitness Center. Each trainer has his/her own schedule, so please feel free to take a card and give your trainer a call.


To set up your personal training sessions you may call Lavar Tiller at 215-885-0734 x111 and he will schedule your appointment with the trainer of your choice or you may contact the trainer directly.

LIFE FITNESS ORIENTATION
The first session with a trainer is the Life Fitness Orientation.

This session is great for getting started, especially if you are new to an exercise program.
Learn how to use the Life Fitness machines.
Learn how to safely select your proper weight.
Learn how to use the cardiovascular equipment.

 

The Fitness Center floor is staffed from 7am until 9pm on weekdays and 8am until 5pm on weekends. If you need help outside of these hours, please leave your name and number at the front desk and a trainer will call you as soon as possible.
