The Abington Club is located at 300 Meetinghouse Road
in the heart of Jenkintown, PA 19046. Our hours of operation
are from 5:45am to 10:00pm Monday thru Friday, and 7:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Our main telephone

We are located directly behind the Pavilion Shopping Plaza on Route
611 in Jenkintown. You can't miss our beautiful, century old, Victorian
Mansion when you are close.
If you are not familiar with the Jenkintown area, we suggest you

find driving directions. Also, check the Jenkintown
weather before you depart.

Free to all Abington Club Members...
Upon joining the Abington Club members receive a free
fitness assessment, a 1:1 consultation with a Personal
Trainer, and four (4) complimentary re-evaluations every
three months throughout the year.
Fitness Assessment
An Abington Club Personal Trainer will review the member’s
health, exercise, and nutrition history. Any physical
limitations or relevant health problems should be disclosed
so the Trainer can advise regarding exercises that are
right for you.
A series of voluntary tests will be given
to include: blood pressure, resting pulse
rate, girth measurements, body fat analysis,
cardiovascular step test, flexibility
test, upper body strength test (e.g.
push-ups) and abdominal strength test
(e.g. sit-ups).
1:1 Fitness Consultation
The member will receive one-on-one instruction on the
machines that can be used to help reach personal fitness
goal(s). Our Personal Trainers will answer any
questions you have regarding sets, repetitions, form,
or technique.
Complimentary Re-evaluations
 Complimentary
re-evaluations are available every three months. These
are not personal training sessions. If you would
like to continue your fitness program under the supervision
of one of our Personal Trainers, please inquire with them
directly.

All of our trainers are degreed and nationally certified. Please look
over their biographies in the entranceway to the Fitness Center. Each
trainer has his / her own schedule, so please feel free to take a card

with the trainer of your choice.
