The Abington Club is located at 300 Meetinghouse Road
in the heart of Jenkintown, PA 19046. Our hours of operation
are from 5:45am to 10:00pm Monday thru Friday, and 7:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Our main telephone
number is 215-885-0734.
We are located directly behind the Pavilion Shopping Plaza on Route
611 in Jenkintown. You can't miss our beautiful, century old, Victorian
Mansion when you are close.
If you are not familiar with the Jenkintown area, we suggest you
use MapQuest to
find driving directions. Also, check the Jenkintown
weather before you depart.

Upon joining the Abington Club members receive
a 1:1 equipment orientation with a Personal
Trainer.
1:1 Equipment Orientation
The member will receive one-on-one instruction on the
machines that can be used to help reach personal fitness
goal(s). Our Personal Trainer will introduce you to our state of the art equipment and answer any questions you have regarding sets, repititions, form, or technique.
Complimentary Fitness Evaluations
Complimentary
fitness evaluations are available every three months. These
are not personal training sessions. If you would
like to continue your fitness program under the supervision
of one of our Personal Trainers, please:

Zogfit Boot Camps originated on the beaches of Sea Isle City, NJ with former Division I basketball player and current fitness trainer Cheryl Herzog. Using the elements and the body as resistance is as simple and as good as it gets. Averaging over 20 participants every day and growing to the beaches of Avalon, NJ – every BODY loves it.
