Our Fitness Center is two floors of 3000 square feet of state of the art equipment including cardio machines with built in TVs, two full cybex circuits, free weights, dumbbells, and auxiliary equipment for a total body workout with many options!
Our Personal Training Staff is Degreed and Nationally Certified. They can help you start a new
workout routine, or give you that extra advice and encouragement you need to do more. Please look
over their biographies in the entranceway to the Fitness Center. Each trainer has his / her own schedule,

Equipment Orientations
Sign up for an orientation on a day and time of your convenience at the front desk or personal training office.
A certified personal trainer will introduce you to the machines and answer questions in regard to the routine best for you!
Members pay $5 per workout, or $60 per month for unlimited access. Non-members pay $15 per workout, or $95 per month for unlimited access. Come try
a class this month and get charged with Cheryl and Charbel!
