The Abington Club offers youth fitness programs for children in the community. Youth fitness classes are FREE for all Abington Club Family Membership Members. You must preregister for classes. Classes are $10 each for nonmembers. Space is limited so be sure to sign up today by calling Director of Youth Programs at 215.885.0734 x113. Please also download the registration form and bring with you the first day of class.
Kids Yoga is great way to exercise but it's also a great way to build bonds and take a break from stress. Classes this fall will be on Wednesdays beginning at 6:00 on the following dates: September 27, October 4, 11, 18, 25 and November 1. The next set of classes will resume after the new year.
Extreme Karate is lead by Extreme Karate Fitness and will teach your child many important life skills such as discipline, goal setting, focus and a deep sense of respect, self-defense, and fitness. Every class contains group activities, games, and more to encourage positive social skills and fun.Classes this fall will be on Thursdays beginning at 6:00 on the following dates: September 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26 and November 2.
